The guest house offered an excellent location, just a short distance from various local attractions, making it convenient for our explorations.
Upon entering the room, it was quite cold and took some time to warm up, which was uncomfortable during our stay.

The large flat-screen TV added a nice touch to our stay, and having a small fridge was a bonus for storing drinks. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, although the area itself was somewhat lacking in street lighting, making evening walks a bit concerning. The shower was spacious and welcoming. just be mindful of insufficient light outside when coming back at night.

The quietness of the area added a nice touch to my stay, and I woke up to the sound of chirping birds. The bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night’s sleep despite a bouncy mattress that might not be to everyone's taste.
Upon arrival, the room was noticeably cold and took a while to warm up. There were several maintenance issues, like a shower head that wouldn’t stay in its holder, a wobbly toilet, and bedding that felt basic. The shared towel situation was a bit sparse with only one for two people. I also found a cracked cup among the kitchenware and some grime around, making it feel less than fresh. On top of that, the shower room remained cold the whole time.

Chilly upon arrival!!! Shower room remained cold the entire stay!!! A cracked cup and a wobbly toilet suggest basic maintenance could use attention!!! The entrance could use better lighting for safety during night walks!!!

The beautiful bedding made me feel right at home, and the bathroom had all the facilities I needed for a refreshing shower. I loved unwinding in the comfy armchair and enjoying a quiet moment with a book from the small library. Although the room could have used a second towel, I still found my stay very pleasant. 😊

It's an optimal selection for a weekend in Manchester with decent value for money. I enjoyed the large flat-screen TV, which added a nice touch during my stay. Make sure to bring your own towels as they only provided one.
